FUEL OPTIONS

The modified JT8 engine, with turbine options from Pratt & Whitney or Rolls Royce, produces an output scalable from 1-30 Megawatts. It is remanufactured, tested, and certified, with internal parts plated with corrosion protection. The engine operates at a noise level of approximately 95 dBA at 3 feet and has emissions of NOx/CO at 50/100 mg per cubic meter. It supports dual fuel options, running on either liquid or gas fuels. Liquid fuel options include Jet Fuel, Diesel Fuel, and Low Sulfur Fuel Oil, while gas fuel options include Natural Gas and Hydrogen Mix.

HEAT RECOVERY OPTIONS

Heat exchangers can be integrated into the engine exhaust air chamber to drive multiple 250KW Thermal Hydraulic Generators. By capturing and utilizing the thermal energy from the exhaust, these heat exchangers significantly enhance the efficiency of the system. This innovative approach not only maximizes energy recovery but also contributes to environmental sustainability. The entire system has been rigorously tested and certified as a Green Energy Source under Patent # US 9,920,648 B2, reflecting its compliance with stringent environmental and performance standards.

ADVANTAGES | LOGISTICS

The complete system is delivered in two separate 20-foot shipping containers, which are interconnected on-site to finalize power and fuel connections. Capable of initiating from a "Black Start" condition, the system offers operational flexibility, with adjustable RPM ranging from 900 to 3600 based on specific end-user requirements.  Control and microgrid systems tailored to meet these needs are detailed in patent # US 9,920,648, B2, recognized by the USPTO, Paris Convention Treaty, European Patent Office, and Hong Kong. Furthermore, the patent encompasses multifunction protection relay systems, ensuring comprehensive safety and performance monitoring. Similar configurations are also available for large compressor and pumping systems, leveraging the robust capabilities of the JT8 engine rated at approximately 33,000 HP.
